1. The agreement

By creating an account or placing an order with Dynamic Prints, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Final order totals include the item price (with material multipliers), shipping computed at checkout, and any applicable promo discount. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it (e.g., model unprintable, payment declined). In that case you'll receive a full refund.

3. Custom uploads

You retain ownership of any STL or model files you upload. By submitting a file you confirm you have the right to print it. We may decline to print files that infringe third-party copyrights, depict prohibited items (firearms, items violating local law), or exceed our printer capacity. We delete uploaded files after the order is shipped.

4. Shipping & delivery

Production typically takes 1–5 business days plus carrier transit time. Tracking is provided via email and the dashboard once your label is generated. Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

5. Returns & refunds

All sales are final. Because each print is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. Refunds and replacements are issued only when an item arrives damaged in shipping, was lost in transit, or materially differs from what you ordered. 6. Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
