Returns & Refunds

1. When refunds and replacements apply
We'll refund or replace your order, free of charge, if any of the following are true:
- The item arrived physically damaged (cracked, snapped, deformed) — typically caused in shipping.
- The carrier marked the package as delivered but it never arrived (lost in transit).
- The item shipped is materially different from what you ordered (wrong product, wrong size, wrong material).
2. What we don't refund
- Change of mind, no longer wanted, ordered by mistake.
- Color, finish, or material preference once delivered as ordered.
- Size or fit issues — we recommend reviewing dimensions before ordering.
- Custom STL uploads where the print matches the file you provided. Quality issues caused by your model (thin walls, unprintable geometry) are not eligible.
- Surface artifacts that fall within normal FDM 3D printing tolerances (layer lines, slight stringing, support marks).
3. How to file a damage claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (format
DP-XXXXXX) - Photos showing the damage and, if possible, the original shipping packaging
- A short description of what arrived versus what you ordered
Email all of the above to support@dynamicprints3d.com. We typically respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, you'll choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a free reprint.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund only before production starts. Once a print job has begun, the order cannot be canceled. To cancel, sign in and use the Cancel Order button on the order's detail page in your dashboard. If the button isn't available, production is already underway.
5. Return shipping
In the rare case we ask you to return a damaged item, we'll email you a prepaid return label. Don't ship anything back to us at your own cost — we won't refund unauthorized returns.
6. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
