Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any shipping address you save. When you place an order we record the items ordered, payment confirmation (handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and shipping/tracking info. STL files you upload are stored only long enough to print and fulfill your order.

How we use it

Solely to fulfill your orders, send order/tracking notifications, and respond to support requests. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers.

Third parties

We rely on these services to run the business:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• EasyPost — shipping label generation and tracking.
• Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, and hosting.
• Resend — transactional email (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• Vercel — website hosting.

Each receives only the data needed to do its job (e.g. Stripe sees payment info, EasyPost sees shipping address).

Your choices

You can update or delete your account from the dashboard at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved addresses, and order history from our database. Order records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies only — for keeping you signed in and for basic analytics (Vercel Analytics). No third-party tracking pixels.
